Here at City Kids, we believe a child is able to encounter God regardless of age. In Matthew 19:13-15 Jesus reinforces the life-changing impact children’s ministry can have. Teaching the Bible is our top priority and we have massive amounts of fun while we’re doing it! We take advantage of our time with each child to impart Jesus’ love. In City Kids, we believe “real” ministry isn’t just for adults. Our goal is to come alongside you as a parent to help see your child grow into the person God created them to be.

City Kids classes are designed to minister the love of God and teach the Bible effectively to children, giving them a firm foundation in the Faith. Our volunteer staff is trained and prepared to lovingly and creatively lead the children in the Word of God and life’s most important principles. Our classrooms are clean, safe, peaceful and age appropriate in order to enhance the children’s learning. Everything that takes place in an age-specific City Kids class fits into our larger goals.

Mission Statement

Helping children to know God through their intellect by learning the Word of God, through relationship by receiving Jesus as their Lord and Savior and through experience by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Nursery

Each nursery class, from birth to 3-years, is structured to create an environment in which your child receives instruction and constant encouragement. Because we believe every child is able to receive, nursery classes include curriculum-based teaching and worship even for the infants!

4-K

"City Kids Blasters" is a place where your child will enjoy a high-energy atmosphere which captures young imaginations and nurtures budding personalities. Every element in City Kids Juniors is designed to reinforce God’s love for your child and help them develop into the person God created them to be.

1st-4th Grades

Each 1st-4th grade service includes high-energy dancing (to get the wiggles out), worship, skits, and a powerful Bible message. During the last fifteen minutes of service, kids break up into age and gender specific classes, called Club Time, where kids memorize scripture and learn how to pray.

5th & 6th Grade

While most 5th and 6th graders live to fit in, "G2" is a place where young people encounter Jesus and take personal ownership of their faith. G2 services include exciting worship, scripture memory, crazy games, offering and a powerful message from the Bible.
